Introduction

Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic herb used to treat many illnesses in Ayurveda. The medicine I’m about to tell you about works like a miracle for the disease I’m talking about. Ashwagandha is a great strength-booster, enhances vitality, and is a top-notch tonic. According to Ayurveda, it’s sweet and unctuous. It nourishes all the bodily tissues—those seven fundamental elements like plasma, blood, and so on. It especially helps build muscle and reproductive tissue. Besides that, it’s also used for ailments caused by an imbalance of Vata (wind). That’s why it’s commonly used for nervous system issues, joint pain, and mental weakness too.

Important Warning – Incomplete Knowledge Can Be Harmful

But as you know that having incomplete knowledge about anything can be harmful, and if you use Ashwagandha the wrong way, either out of ignorance or some other reason, it can actually harm you. For example, if you take too much Ashwagandha at once, it can mess up your digestive system and cause problems like diarrhea. It can also make you feel nauseous and even throw up. Plus, taking too much can mess with your sleep as well.

When I thought about the problems, I felt I should tell you how to use Ashwagandha for different issues so you don’t face any trouble while taking it. Friends, watch the video till the end because you’ll get a lot of useful info through it. Before we go further in the video, I want to tell you all that I’m a registered Ayurvedic doctor, and all the remedies I share here are largely based on Ayurveda. The above is based on some of my experiences, and by using all these remedies, I have helped many people get rid of their illnesses. So far, I haven’t seen any side effects from these remedies, but just to be safe, I’d recommend that you consult a good Ayurvedic doctor before trying any of them.

How to Use Ashwagandha for Different Conditions:

  • For Weight Gain and Overall Health: If you want to use Ashwagandha to gain weight and improve your health, you can start with a dose of 2 to 3 grams. Just do it yourself. You can start taking 2 to 3 grams of Ashwagandha powder with milk morning and evening. Gradually, you can increase the amount up to 5 grams.
  • For Children (Under 14–15 Years): Also, if you want to give Ashwagandha to kids under 14 or 15 years, you can do that because it has a really good effect on their growth. However, I’d suggest you first consult a good Ayurvedic doctor before moving forward with this.
  • For Joint Pain and Vata-Related Issues: Besides that, if you’re dealing with joint pain, back pain, or any kind of Vata-related issue, use 2 to 4 grams of Ashwagandha along with the same amount of dry ginger powder. Take this mixture with warm water twice a day, morning and evening. It will help relieve almost all kinds of joint pains in your body.
  • For Increasing Height and Darkening Hair: If you want to use Ashwagandha to increase your height, mix it with equal parts of cow’s milk and rock sugar, and take it. This will also help darken your hair. If your hair has started turning gray for some reason, you can try this remedy. Make sure to try this at least once—you’ll definitely benefit from it.
  • For Women’s Health Issues: For any kind of women’s health issues, especially leucorrhea (which is a white discharge), or if your period is irregular or you experience heavy bleeding during your cycle, take equal amounts of Ashwagandha powder and sugar crystals (mishri). Then, add three times that amount of cow’s ghee to the mixture. Take 15 grams of this blend once a day. It will give you great results.
  • For Semen-Related Problems and Physical Weakness: And if you use Ashwagandha regularly, you want to get rid of your semen-related problems and overcome physical weakness, start by taking 2 to 3 grams of ashwagandha powder with milk, twice a day—morning and evening. Gradually, you can increase the dose to 5 to 6 grams. Adding some rock sugar (mishri) will give you even better results, but in that case, you’ll need to double the dose.

Availability and Where to Buy

Friends, ashwagandha is easily available in the market in whole form, powder, or capsules. And if you’re thinking of buying it online, we’ve put some links in the description box below where you can buy it.

Pro Tip – How to Choose and Store Ashwagandha

Just a heads up—whenever you go to buy Ashwagandha powder from the market, try to get the whole Ashwagandha root from a good Ayurvedic herb seller instead of the powder. That way, you can judge the quality of your Ashwagandha yourself. Once you bring it home, crush it and store it in a good, airtight container. Make only enough for about a month at a time.
If you store it, after about 25 to 30 days it will start losing its effect.

Conclusion

So, friends, I hope you found the information we shared useful. Before you go, please make sure to share this video. See you in the next one. Goodbye!
